What you'll do Our Sales & Business Development teams collaborate with customers and partners across the globe to help them maximise the DocuSign Agreement Cloud to transform the entire system of agreement process - from preparing to signing, acting on, and managing contracts and other types of agreements. The teams partner with some of the largest, most innovative companies in the world in dozens of industries to bring the power of DocuSign to more customers. Whether you are selling to a small business or a large enterprise, you will apply your extensive knowledge of our solutions, and use our strategic partnerships to help our customers grow their top and bottom line. You will generate qualified opportunities that progress through the sales funnel and ultimately generate new revenue to grow our presence in EMEA. This position is an individual contributor reporting to the Market Development Manager, EMEA. Responsibility Talk and Listen: You will spend about 80% of your time on the phone managing outbound prospect calls to educate potential customers on what DocuSign has to offer and gain insight into their business needs Identify and generate new business opportunities and pipeline within a defined territory Drive brand and product awareness in the Emerging market through regular email and call campaigns Schedule high-impact appointments with those who are of good potential with Account Executives Record prospect information in our CRM database Present a balanced approach to cold calling, relationship development, sales process, and appointment setting Job Designation Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation) Positions at DocuSign are assigned a job designation of either In Office, Hybrid or Remote and are specific to the role/job.
