We have ambitious growth plans and are looking for the next generation to continue our success story.Quantity Surveyor - LeinsterDue to the development of new and existing projects we are excited to be recruiting for Quantity Surveyors with a minimum of 2 years experience who will be working throughout Leinster on multiple projects.Working alongside an extensively experienced commercial team you will be working within & assisting the team to ensure a successful project is delivered, while maintaining relationships, maximising commercial returns and managing risk.This role is a 45hr working week (Monday -Friday). You will need full flexibility to move around the leinster region on several projects.You will be:Preparing tenders, analysing, selecting appropriate s/cs, negotiation & finalise s/c orders, financial & commercial management of s/cs to Final Account completion.Managing and reporting of forecasts, target, reconciliations, site records, document control, variation reporting, valuations, assisting in the site records & document controlLiaising with & commercially influence/challenge site management team whilst maintaining & protecting JSS commercial & contractual entitlementManaging & overseeing AQS & TQS, checking & taking responsibility for their work & sign-off SMM/measurement issuesYou will have:2+ years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor in residential/commercial construction projectsA relevant 3rd level qualification2+ years’ experience in report writing, forecast planning and engaging with clients and senior leadersExcellent written and verbal communication skillsRemuneration & Benefits:Competitive salary26 days annual leave plus additional company daysPension and benefitsUnlimited learning and development opportunitiesMuch moreOur vision is to dedicate ourselves to Building Excellence, delivering constantly high-quality projects exceeding our client’s expectations.
