HR Advisor - Cork

Come join our team as a HR Advisor and be an expert in providing commercially focused advice on all HR and employment law aspects. We are looking for a highly organized, enthusiastic and hardworking individual with excellent attention to detail. As a HR Advisor, you will have the responsibility of actively owning cases from beginning to end and building strong relationships with clients.

We offer extensive training and support to ensure you are up-to-date with the latest HR and employment law regulations, with a bespoke internal system to help you manage cases effectively. This role will be based fully onsite in Cork.

As a HR Advisor, you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Maintaining your knowledge of HR and employment law and best practices by referring to Company training and updates.
  • Taking ownership of cases from beginning to end, developing rapport and relationships with clients on each interaction.
  • Accurately logging all advice onto our bespoke internal system and taking responsibility for ongoing cases.
  • Providing clients with supporting information/documentation to assist them in the advice provided.
  • Ensuring that the advice given is consistent with the client's HR documentation and internal policies.
  • Following internal protocols for managing and escalating cases where applicable.
  • Effectively managing a changing portfolio of ongoing and complex client cases by providing guidance and support to the client.
  • Presenting HR and employment law training to client and non-client groups via video conference or in person.
  • Being flexible and adaptable to maintain a high standard of client service.
  • Offering clients options for other products we provide and making recommendations accordingly.
  • Assisting other departments when required, particularly the HR Consultancy department in the provision and updating of employment contracts and handbooks.
  • At least one year of extensive knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to interact with clients confidently and professionally.
  • Excellent written English skills with strong attention to detail.
  • The ability to prioritize workload and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to present information accurately.
  • Proficient in word processing.
  • Highly detail-oriented.

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Salary : €35,000.00-€40,000.00 per year
