We are currently looking to recruit a Master Data Specialist. Based in our office in Dublin, Ireland, you will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following.The Master Data Specialist will maintain consistency & accuracy of customer master data in existing systems. This position will also be responsible for the implementation of new systems and add-ons to support the SAP Selling Entities in EMEA as well as support the Global Customer Master team to establish efficiency improvements in the processes/systems to support and provide value to business requirements. The Master Data EMEA specialist is a key driver of successful downstream Order-to-Cash processes including accurate shipping and invoicing. Due to central nature of MD, role will partner with various Cardinal Health functions (especially IT, Pricing, EDI and Commercial teams). Scope of responsibilities will include customers purchasing existing products sold in EMEA as well as business and product expansion.What Customer Service Operations contributes to Cardinal HealthCustomer Service is responsible for establishing, maintaining and enhancing customer business through contract administration, customer orders, and problem resolution.Responsible for providing outsourced services to customers relating to medical billing, medical reimbursement, and/or other services by acting as a liaison in problem-solving, research and problem/dispute resolution.Work Schedule: Monday - Friday day shift, including a hybrid work modelResponsibilitiesDeliver optimized master data services to internal and external customers Maintain accurate customer master data for all EMEA customers including billing & shipping addresses, customer type/segment information, term and credit set up, etc. Validate and create customer account data with information provided by Field Sales, Customer Service, and other internal teams Revising Master Data according to established policies and desktop instructions (SAP, etc.) Assist with customer master consolidation and hierarchy creation projects Identify opportunities to improve processes and procedures Review and audit of Master Data documentation Applies corporate rules and best practices when reviewing requests to identify errors in global data fields and rejects, escalates or remediates errors in both product and customer master data Multi-task in a multi-functional environment while maintaining service level targets Supports, implements and enhances customer master data governance rules, standard operating procedures (SOPs), naming convention and other enterprise data standards Plays a lead role in implementation of product life cycle requirements Ensures all product data is current and accurate enabling timely and accurate shipmentsResponsible for testing, script design of all master data related requirements All other duties as assigned Qualifications2 to 3 years of experience in similar rolesExperience in CMD area, Healthcare experience a plus Effective in structuring, analyzing and understanding data Knowledge of SAP and MS Excel Fluent English, additional language(s) are considered a plus Must be determined and flexible with a positive outlook Good written and verbal communication skills The CompanyHeadquartered in Dublin, Ohio, Cardinal Health (NYSE: CAH) is a health care services company that improves the cost-effectiveness of healthcare.
