JOB DESCRIPTION Job DescriptionCircle K is seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead our Electric Vehicle (EV) Program. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive forward our commitment to sustainable energy solutions, contributing to the growth of our EV infrastructure across Ireland. As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering various aspects of the EV program, from site design to execution, while effectively managing stakeholders and ensuring project success. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Real Estate Operations, the Project Manager role is a permanent role based in Circle K Support Office, Dublin 4. Circle K works on a hybrid model of 3 days office working and 2 days working from home. Responsibilities:  Lead the evaluation process for new EV sites, including site design, supplier install coordination, and feasibility assessments. Manage both external and internal stakeholders, including local authorities, utility companies, and internal teams, to ensure smooth project progression. Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial targets. Oversee quality control (QC) processes to maintain high standards throughout all project phases. Handle procurement activities, including sourcing materials and services required for project implementation. Collaborate with architects and other relevant professionals to ensure designs align with project objectives and regulatory requirements. Drive project execution, coordinating activities and resources to meet project timelines and deliverables. Conduct regular project reviews and reporting to Senior Manager Real Estate Operations, providing updates on project status, challenges, and opportunities. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field. Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the engineering or renewable energy sector. Solid understanding of electric vehicle infrastructure and related technologies is advantageous. Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver projects on time and within budget. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels. Experience in managing procurement processes and vendor relationships. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to travel within Ireland as required for project activities. Familiarity with sustainability principles and environmental regulations is a plus. Full clean driver’s licence as some travel to Circle K locations in Ireland will be required.  No locations found Save job
