Electrical Lead

Your new companyOne of Ireland's leading main contractors based in Dublin, that are known as the leaders in their field. They have recently been appointed to a management contractor role on a semi-conductor site based in Kildare. They delivered some of the most significant projects in the Ireland and Europe while working in a wide variety of sectors including life sciences, data centre's, commercial, healthcare and residential. They are a company who have a select number of M&E Sub-Contractors and ensure that services installations are of the utmost importance to the construction team. They are looking to appoint an Electrical Lead for this semi-conductor project in Kildare. Your new roleCandidate will be responsible for ensuring the coordination of all building services activities between the construction team. You will be responsible for managing the M&E Contractors installation, testing and commissioning of both mechanical and electrical services. You will chair meetings, liaise with consultants, ensure all RFI's are dealt with etc.What you'll need to succeedYou will hold a third level qualification or a trade qualification with management experience in an electrical discipline. Candidates from a consultancy, building contractor or M&E Contractor will be considered for the role. Candidates must have experience in the semi-conductor or life sciences sector. What you'll get in returnThe successful candidate will be paid a long term contract rate on a self employed basis or it will be a salary, pension, car allowance for a permanent role.
