Senior Director, Social Experience - Platform

Description Summary: This individual contributor role is responsible for driving the development and execution of innovative social and emerging platform strategies that amplify the brand's presence and engage consumers. This role needs to collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing Categories, IMX Media, StudioX, MarTech and other internal or external social media and technology teams, to ensure cohesive and impactful social engagements that resonate with consumers. Responsibilities:Develop the overarching unified social strategy aligned with broader brand objectives and marketing strategies, across OESP (Owned, Earned, Shared, Paid Media) and Influencer.Develop and implement training programs to upgrade Marketing function’s social marketing capability at all levels to effectively engage consumers. Foster a continuous learning environment to keep the workforce updated on the latest social trends, technologies and best practices.Develop a framework for strategic experimentation on emerging platforms, to test engagement strategies and audience response while minimizing risks. Drive innovation and analyze early results to gauge the platform's effectiveness and refine strategies based on performance data.Work closely with various teams to develop contingency plans and risk-mitigation strategies to safeguard the brand's social presence.Explore the integration of latest advancements in social technology that can enhance community engagement and Chatbots, personalization and AI, content creation, data-driven insights and measurement.Requirements:Passion for consumer-centered social communication and a desire to advocate for the best consumer experience.Minimum of 8-12 years proven experience as a Social Strategy or Social Experience or similar leadership role.Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, coordinate dependencies and manage risks in complex environments.Creative and innovative mindset, with a passion for storytelling and brand building.
