HR Officer Cavan ÂŁ28-35,000 Hybrid Early Finish Fridays 31 days leave (incl stats) Artemis Human Capital is delighted to work with a Leading Manufacturing company that is hugely successful in their industry. We are keen to hear from HR professionals located around the Cavan/Greater Enniskillen area. In your new role, you will: Provide operational human resource support to line managers and colleagues. Maintain effective and compliant HR records. Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection activities to ensure talent attraction and retention. Offer advice and support to managers on all employee relations issues, ensuring swift and effective resolution. Provide HR employment advice and guidance across multiple jurisdictions (NI, ROI, and GB). Coordinate with managers to facilitate effective onboarding processes. Contribute to developing, implementing, and reviewing HR processes, policies, and procedures in alignment with legislation and business requirements. Oversee the probation and performance management process. Support Apprentice and Graduate programs. Facilitate training and development initiatives across the organization. Assist with disciplinary and performance management processes. Support the implementation of internal communications and employee engagement initiatives. The Ideal Candidate will have: 2+ Years HR Experience Ideally, Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, working towards CIPD or qualified by experience. Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Ability to handle confidential information Service-oriented attitude with a focus on issue resolution Proactive approach in identifying and solving potential challenges.
