Nostra has offices in Dublin, Galway and Cork.The Role:  SharePoint/Modern Workplace ConsultantWe are looking for an individual with consulting experience (or equivalent industry experience) in the Microsoft Collaboration space to join our Modern Workplace division. This individual will have led engagements in SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive and the Power Platform. Ideally, you’ll be interested in Microsoft technologies, web platforms and you will take on challenges with coding/scripting, if needed.  While Nostra is not a software house as such, we like to be challenged by the right individual who shows focus and desire to achieve engaging results both using out of the box tools or developing your own.Responsibilities:Migrate clients to SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams.Build intranets, extranets, employee engagement and document management solutions.Design engaging communications portals that are user friendly and informative.Develop simple and effective applications using the Power Platform.Act as a subject matter expert during pre-sales engagements.Ensure our clients are trained to the highest of standards to reduce support overhead.Support our existing clients who use our Office 365 solutions. Requirements:3+ years experience in setting up and managing SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Power Apps, Power Automate and Teams.Understanding PowerShell, CSS, JSON, jQuery, JavaScript, .NET is preferable.General web design concepts and using graphics tools such as Photoshop is an advantage but not a requirement.Experience migrating for different platforms into O365 is preferable.Experience with Power BI is an advantage but not a requirement.Comfortable leading engagements with our customers.Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks.Strong analytic, problem solving, communication and collaboration skills.Ability to identify, manage and escalate issues when necessary.Ability to lead administrator and end user training sessions.Some of our Benefits:Generous professional development budget.Pension Plan.Health Plan.Wellness Benefit.At Nostra we value our people.
