You’re an outside-the-box thinker with a passion for process and data, looking to optimize each stage of the marketing funnel. You’ll help figure out what’s working and what’s not through both reports and interactions with other teams and use that information to help determine campaign strategies. Be ready to be part of a team that only knows how to win!Your day-to-dayAssist in administering day-to-day operations of our Marketo instance and other marketing-specific stack tools as necessary.Create and optimize all operational aspects around Marketing programs to help drive lead generation and pipeline.Assist with the execution of end-to-end campaigns; develop cohesive Marketo Smart Campaigns, creating Smart Lists, uploading leads lists and data clean up.Monitor campaign performance, analyse key metrics, and provide recommendations for improvement to stakeholders.Leverage Salesforce and Marketo to create and maintain reports and dashboards in support of marketing campaign effectiveness.Configure and optimize automated workflows for improved functionality and uniformed processes globally.Develop and maintain documentation to be used across marketing efforts!Develop and maintain global marketing assets (emails, forms, landing pages, program templates, other assets), used across teams.Handle requests for special reports, data, and sales tracking informationBuild and maintain Sales/Marketing relationship to execute marketing programs and enable Sales.What you bring to the teamBA/BS in Marketing, Communications, or related degreeMarketing Automation Platform and Salesforce experience required, advanced knowledge of Excel.Experience with marketing campaign analytics.Highly analytical, organized and detail-oriented, self-starter.Must possess excellent communication and organizational skills.Innovative thinker, creative problem solver and effectively manage multiple ongoing assignments in a fast paced, fluid environment.Protecting people is at the heart of our award-winning lineup of cybersecurity solutions, and the people who work here are the key to our success.
