With 4 retail outlets our client has a strong presence in Dublin; they are dedicated to providing delicious, healthy, and sustainable take home dining options for our patrons.   Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the efficient functioning of our four retail stores in the Dublin area. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the hospitality industry, a keen eye for detail, and a proven track record of driving operational excellence. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operations of our stores, maintaining high standards of customer service, and driving profitability.   Benefits: Competitive salary commensurate with experience. Responsibilities: Store Operations Management:   Oversee the day-to-day operations of all four retail stores, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Implement and maintain operational best practices to optimize efficiency and productivity. Monitor store performance metrics, such as sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction, and take corrective actions as needed. Staff Management:   Recruit, train, and supervise store managers and staff members. Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, productivity, and employee growth. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to improve individual and team performance. Inventory and Supply Chain Management:   Manage inventory levels across all stores, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimising wastage. Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of products and supplies. Implement inventory control procedures to prevent shrinkage and loss. Customer Service Excellence:   Uphold the highest standards of customer service and satisfaction. Address customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner. Implement initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience and loyalty. Financial Management:   Develop and manage annual budgets for each store, monitoring expenses and revenues. Analyse financial reports and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities. Work towards achieving sales targets and profitability goals for the stores. Health and Safety Compliance:   Ensure all stores adhere to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines as per regulatory requirements. Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards. Implement and enforce safety protocols to create a safe environment for staff and customers.   Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field (preferred). Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role in the retail or hospitality industry. Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire teams. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail. Solid understanding of retail operations, inventory management, and financial analysis. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
