About the Role This position has responsibility for assisting the Workday Learning Product Management team with product planning and execution throughout the product life cycle.As a Product Manager on the Workday Learning team, you will be a self-starter in your own right, good at prioritising multiple inquiries and tasks, while ensuring excellent customer service. You will report into Product Management leadership with high visibility and a great opportunity for impact within the company. The ideal candidate will be able to work alone on research and analysis whilst also being a great teammate with the ability to assist a scrum team throughout the development process.Responsibilities include:Ensuring that the product supports the company’s overall strategy and goalsResponsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product life cycle, including: gathering and prioritising product and customer requirements, defining the product vision and roadmap, and working closely with other company departments to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are metYou will build products from existing ideas and help to develop new ideas based on industry experience.Leading scrum team members to define epics and stories which will make up the backlogCollaborating with customers to understand their problems and to design and validate solutionsManaging the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activitiesDeveloping and implementing a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to implementWorking with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunitiesLead pilot programs with early-stage products and early adopter customersAbout YouBasic Qualifications2+ years of experience working as a Product Manager, Product Owner or Business AnalysisAn understanding of SaaS Solutions, software product design, UX, and UI, with previous experience building products within an Agile environmentDemonstrated success defining and launching product solutionsWe are open to individuals from a wide range of backgrounds.
