Profile: The Company based in North County Dublin is an ever growing Company in Environmental Sector with emphasis, on Environmental cleaning, rehabilitation within all industries, namely Pharmaceutical, Local Authority, Food Sector, Port Services,Construction, Retail and Domestic Markets . The Team: The business growth team is the engine that drives market and customer acquisition for Tank and Drain across the globe. We focus on community driven and marketing driven approaches to ensure our services are the preferred choice. The growth team department is constantly innovating and implement new ways to market the company more efficiently. Each area of the team works from acquisition to engagement, they own their markets and use their know how to grow the company and with the area they are specialize in for further growth. The Role : The sales representative team is the engine for the outbound function. The team will drive the top of funnel by conducting the initial outreach via, telephone, e-mail and social outlets in order to create opportunities for the Senior Sales Team. Key Performance Indicator (KPI) for the role are based revenue generated. What your specific task: * Contact prospective customers from a defined territory to discuss T&D Services. * Communicate effectively the value proposition by focusing on a solution for the customer in the sales process. * Qualify prospective customers and pass them through to the Senior Sales team. * Work with Sales team as required to create seamless user journey through the funnel for the customer. * Co-ordinate and set up meetings with Sales Team. * Identify markets for Sales Team, Required: * Fluent English * Excellent communication skills and to articulate over the phone. * Keen interest in commencing a career in a high performing sales culture. * Demonstrable commercial experience , particularly in telesales would be of benefit * Third level in business management
