Responsibilities Role Responsibilities:Sampling of raw materials and components in accordance with approved proceduresIncoming inspection of raw materials and components to ensure that they meet specifications and are suitable for use at Waters Technologies IrelandEnsures that all materials sampled and tested are identified (quarantine, approved, on hold, or rejected) in accordance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) requirementsDocument, file and maintain inspection records. Ensuring that specifications are maintained up to date and meet inspection requirementsInspects finished products to ensure that they are accurately identified and conform to approved finished product specifications / Bill of MaterialsPerforms Quality release checks on IVD products prior to shippingPerforms Approval of Product Labels / Literature.Maintenance of the MRB areaHandling and physical management of nonconforming material and the associated documentationAssists and participates in the distribution, retrieval, and filing of controlled documents (SOPs, Work Instructions) as well as other Quality documentsPerforms a quality review of records, procedures, work instructions, forms etc. to ensure that they are accurate, complete, and aligned with the process and with the requirements of the quality management system/GMPInitiation of Engineering Change Notes to ensure compliance with the quality management system and Waters Technologies Ireland business requirements Qualifications To be successful:Leaving certificate or equivalent qualification, further academic qualifications would be advantageous to this position.Proven experience and relevant industry experience, working in an ISO9001, ISO13485, cGMP or other suitable quality positionSAP/Trackwise experience desirableWhat you will receive in return:Working 39 hrs per week, with fortnightly pay. 22 Days holidays, plus bank holidays and an additional day per every 5 years’ service.
