Hotel Manager Applications are invited for this full-time role of Hotel Manager for a mid sized Food & Beverage hotel in County Cavan.Reporting direct to the owners the purpose of this role is to manage the overall smooth and efficient running of all departments in the hotel, in accordance with the Company standards with particular emphasis on the Food & Beverage Function. You will oversee operations while and ensure that a consistently high standard of service, product and customer care is delivered at all times. Main Duties:Take responsibility for the smooth running of the hotel outlets on a day to day basis. Working with owners on marketing activities, constantly seeking innovative ways to drive Sales and Marketing. Ensure that all back of house areas are running to a very high standard. Lead the hotel team to maximise revenue and deliver excellent standards of service at all times. Motivate, encourage and support staff, ensure relevant training is provided.
