Enva has sites in Portlaoise & Dublin. This position would suit an ambitious Accounting Technician who is looking to consolidate their experience as part of a large and busy team within a growing business. We are offering this role to suit candidates working arrangements with hybrid working available. We are looking for an ambitious, energetic professional who possesses a positive attitude, flexible, with excellent communication & IT skills.The position will involve the following main duties: -Work with senior management team to implement a new ERP system and take a leading role in continuously improving the efficiency of the system.To act as an ERP super-user and help shape the business and operating system to achieve the greatest effectiveness.Working closely with & supporting business managers & directors by providing information to aid in decision making.Preparation of all monthly/annual Group reporting packsAnnual budgeting & preparation of annual financial analysis and assist with the month end/ year end accounting activitiesProvide training and support to junior members of the team and play an active role in their developmentSupport Senior Management with ad hoc projectsAd hoc duties as required, e.g., capex applications, forecasting.Requirements: Qualified or Part Qualified Accounting TechnicianMicrosoft Dynamics Nav or similar ERP experience a distinct advantage.Excellent computer literacy with strong working knowledge of Excel, Jet Reporting, PowerPoint, SharePointStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent numeric and organisational skillsAbility to work methodically through problems with excellent attention to detailAbility to meet strict deadlines in a timely and efficient manner In return we offer:Excellent salaryContributory pensionDeath in Service BenefitEducational Assistance and study leaveSubscription benefitHybrid working arrangements ranging to fully remoteEmployee Assistance ProgrammeDiscounted health insuranceTraining and development opportunitiesThe above description is a general outline of the requirements of the role.
