Job Description: The Logistics Coordinator will work together with various stakeholders within the supply chain team to handle enterprise level assets. The role will play an active role in ensuring stakeholders happiness levels are consistently maintained by handling and monitoring delivered shipments, following up with both internal and external partners. GCL will work in a dynamic environment where attention to detail, effective data utilization and communication will drive operational excellence change within the Supply Chain Team. Key Responsibilities:  Monitor and handle system goods receiving and issuing at central warehouse.  Coordinate shipment tracking and delivery efforts to minimize delays and meet Service Level Agreement  Monitor warehouse inventory levels, turnover rate and space utilization Track and report aging inventory.  Monitor and track warehouse KPI and review during MBR/QBR for continuous improvement  Coordinate with warehouse to conduct monthly/quarterly cycle count. Resolve any inventory discrepancies and follow up with corrective action. Receive/review ASN from suppliers and logistics partners. Collaborate with suppliers to resolve ASN discrepancies or issues.  Maintain up to date knowledge of import regulations and tariffs. Coordinate with brokers to facilitate customs clearance.  Requirements: Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Warehouse Management 5Systems Proven experience in logistics documentation and supply chain operations, with knowledge of Incoterms   Familiar with customs regulation and import/export procedures  Detail oriented with strong organization and problem-solving skills  Education: Associate degree and above. AND 2+ year(s) experience warehouse/supply chain in an information technology (IT) environment, inventory management, retail, warehouse management, or a related field OR equivalent experience
