We are inviting experienced applicants for the role of Assistant Front Office Manager. Are you an experienced Front Office Supervisor or Senior Receptionist who wishes to make the next step in your career? Your new role will be to assist in the Management of the front office team and efficient running of the front of house activities ensuring the highest standard of customer service. Our front office team have one of the most important and rewarding roles in the hotel as they will be the first and last impression for most of our guests. The front office team ensure that our guests are enjoying their stay to the highest of standards and they are made feel welcome at every opportunity. The Assistant Front Office Manager role is a varied role which takes into account all the departments within Tulfarris .You will be covering a total number of 89 guest rooms and 3 self-catering lodges. This includes greetings, sales, switchboard operations, billing and general queries/complaints. Knowledge & Requirements: 2 years previous reception/ front of house experience, ideally in a 4/5 star hotel Have previous work knowledge and experience with Hotsoft Excellent Communication & presentation skills Must be a team player with the ability to multitask Possess a friendly and courteous personality Excellent interpersonal skills We offer an excellent working environment in our stunning newly refurbished Hotel & Golf Resort with development opportunities. Assisting in the efficient running of the front office activities ensuring highest standard of customer service. Responsibility for training and development of existing and new members of staff through use of SOP's. To carry out receptionist & reservation cover - Welcoming guests to the property, providing effective check-in and check-out whilst operating the switchboard. Maintain a thorough understanding of properties facilities and processes and contribute to a culture of high quality standards for relationship building, customer service, selling techniques, and billing and processing contracts. Use of onsite computer systems as well as email and Microsoft packages. Monitor customer satisfaction regularly and resolve any outstanding issues to ensure future business To assume responsibility for any issues in the absence of the Front Office Manager and to ensure safety procedures are adhered to at all times.
