Our client, a leading supplier of a comprehensive range of fasteners and fixings to the Engineering, Mechanical, and Construction Industry, is a wholly owned Irish company with over 40 years of successful operation. As part of their expansion plans, they are currently seeking a dedicated Sales Support Administrator to join their team. The Sales Support Administrator will be responsible for delivering outstanding service to customers by offering technical support, managing key accounts, and ensuring smooth order processing. The ideal candidate will have a background in the fastener industry, strong communication skills, and excellent attention to detail.What's on offer:Competitive Salary - Up to 35k DOEFree on-site parkingCareer progression opportunitiesMonday to Friday schedule with early finish on FridaysPerformance bonus at Christmas The ideal candidate:Minimum of 2 - 3 years' experience in the Fastener Industry is essentialFull fluency In English, both Written and Verbal is requiredProficiency in data entry and computer skills are required.Confident demeanor with excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong team player with exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Duties & responsibilities: Key Account Management: Maintain relationships with key customers, understanding their requirements, and ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.Technical Support: Provide expert technical advice to customers, assisting them with product selection and usage, and resolving any queries or issues they may have.Quoting and Invoicing: Prepare accurate quotes for customers, ensuring pricing is competitive and in line with company policies. Process invoices promptly and accurately.Order Processing: Process customer orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Liaise with suppliers to order stock or special items as required.Customer Service: Handle incoming phone calls promptly, addressing customer inquiries and providing assistance as needed. Attend to customers at the trade counter, delivering a high level of service at all times.Social Media Marketing: Promote the company on social media platforms, engaging with potential customers and showcasing products/services.Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to contribute to the overall success and development of the business.Continuous Improvement: Maintain openness to feedback and commit to implementing performance improvements.
