Marketing manager for EUROPE => Relocate to Germany

Job Description:
1. PRODUCT MARKETING
1.1. Design product campaigns (new product launches, seasonal promos, etc), customize and execute according to the needs of each EU country. Will have a general sales KPI and one for each channel/ country.
1.2. Work together with Vesync's sales team, distributors and retailers to create sell in, sell through and sell out strategies when needed.
1.3. Content management. When there is pre existing content originated in USA or China, customize for the local EU markets.///Coordinate the creation of local recipes, in order to produce local content such as recipes booklet, pictures and videos for social media. /// Select the images and KSPs of our products, for the all channels/countries where they will sell; including Amazon listings, retailer shops, etc.
1.4. Coordinate the translation of materials to the top languages of Europe (should build a pool of translators for all languages).
1.5. Act as a project manager for new launches.

2. BRAND MARKETING.
2.1. Mantain the brands' website (including content management, product listing creation, campaigns, sales, affiliate's programs, etc). Will have a a KPI of direct sales to consumer.
2.2. Social media: In the case of social media managed by our distributors, make sure they respect our company's standards and are aligned with our strategy. In the case of social media handled directly by us, take complete charge.
2.3. Select and manage ambassadors, or in those cases that ambassadors are handled by our distributors, approve the selection.

3. Handle relationship with the local agencies.
4. Support relationship with local media and KOLs.
5. Coordinate with all the different areas in the company handling marketing tasks. Everyone related to EU MKT will report to this position.
6. Check and approve POP and packaging for European markets.

Requirements:
1. University Degree in Marketing.
2. 100% written and oral English and German. Additional European languages will be an advantage.
3. Demonstrated experience of at least 8 years in Marketing for an established brand.
4. Able to design multi-channel integrated marketing communications strategies, leveraging paid and owned channels such as website, brand app, social media, in store marketing, etc, in order to achieve maximum campaign impact.
5. Passionate about cooking!
6. Experience analysing campaign results and real business impact (ROI) and drafting strong recap/learnings reports.
7. Experience in briefing and working with PR, influencer management, Digital and Media agencies.
8. Be able to work with multicultural team.
9. Flexibility to have meetings at night or very early in the morning, to match China's or USA's time zone.
10. Flexibility to travel within Europe when needed. Eventually China or USA.
11.Ideal: experience in consumer electronics.
12. Willing to work: 4 days in the office (located Dusseldorf), 1 day work from home.
