So it makes sense that our People Operations team (HR, Internal Comms, Recruitment, Environment & L&D) are focused on supporting them by championing a diverse culture, nurturing learning and development, and finding the brightest minds to join us from around the world!We attract world-class talent; develop and execute numerous projects to improve processes like onboarding, learning, and development; provide strong administrative support to the rest of the business; and just add fun to our working lives!We are now looking for a Learning & Development Associate to join the team and be influential in supporting our staff with L&D in multiple global regionsWhat you'll achieve at Web Summit You’ll take full ownership of the L&D onboarding of new hires, which you will deliver on a bi-weekly basis and manage all administration.You’ll work closely with managers and obtain new hire buddies pre-onboarding and ownership for the buddy program.You’ll coordinate with speakers to present in class.You’ll produce traffic light reports for each new hire class outlining the performance of the new hires in onboarding and share it with managers.You’ll run weekly varied soft skills training which you will formulate and deliver both face-to-face and virtually. You’ll promote attendance of these classes and track and record attendance weekly. Who you are You’ll travel to other offices to run soft skills, or bespoke team-building sessions, which you will build yourself as per management requests. You enjoy working with suppliers to source additional soft skills classes to supplement your own delivery. You’ll run regular Individual Development Plan refresher classes. You’ll generate regular reports on L&D metrics and share the information with stakeholders.Skills and abilities we're looking for2+ years in a front-facing Learning & Development trainer role.Passionate about developing others and a love of Learning & Development.Self-starter with lots of initiative and creativity.Experience in delivering trainingProven strong experience in stakeholder management.Strong team player.Excellent communication skills.Excellent time management skills.Proficient in Google Slides, Google Mail & Google Sheets.Ability and desire to travel as per business requirements.Benefits and perks: - Hybrid-working model open to all employees. - Fully subsidised healthcare, dental, employee assistance programme (EAP) and more.- Pension contribution up to 6%(Irish based only)- A dedicated in-house L&D department, with access to workshops, online learning and resources to help you excel in your career development.- Company laptop, generous annual leave and flexible working arrangements.- Our very own Tramway Team, which drives community and morale-boosting events for employees to participate in.- Annual company get-togethers, charity days, and monthly wellbeing talks.- Wellness subsidy issued to all employees of €1000 per year
