We recognize to truly tap into the richness diversity brings we must lead with inclusion and have a workplace where those differences can thrive and be leveraged to empower the lives of our employees, patients and customers.We are looking for a candidate for a VIE mission:Digital Project Engineer - VIE Contract (W/M)Target start date: 01/07/2024 Responsibilities:Contribute within an agile team to support design and build digital solutions in close collaboration with cross functional Departments such as Digital / Automation Project Engineering and Quality.Become an expert user digital solution, understanding processes & equipment and develop necessary skills for Digital Solutions.Supporting initiatives to implement Artificial Intelligence , Data Analytics, and simulation solutions to drive production performance.Create & deliver together with other team members and users the transformation of ways of working leveraging new digital capabilities.Key “MUST HAVE” competencies, skills & experiencesMaster’s degree in computer science, engineering, electronics, or related fieldFamiliarity with industrial communications protocols (e.g., open platform communication unified architecture (OPC UA) or simulation software is a big plusFamiliarity with cloud environments (Microsoft Azure) is a plusExperience with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Agile Software implementation is only a plusDemonstrated “get-things-done” mindsetProblem-solver with ability to find creative ways to overcome roadblocks and keep the wheels runningAbility to work in cross-cultural environmentsAbility to break down complex topics, without prior domain knowledgeComfortable working with cross-functional teams consisting of a different mix of stakeholders, including business leaders, engineers, manufacturing scientists, data scientists, IT specialists, and business analysts, through an adaptive communication styleExperience within development and manufacturing industries and ideally biopharma would be a plusFluent English is mandatoryPursue .
