Description Position at Logitech We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Program/Project Lead to join our team and lead the planning, execution and successful delivery of various HR projects. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in HR, project management methodologies and a proven track record of successfully driving and implementing complex and employee-centric HR initiatives within established timelines.The RoleAs HR Program/Project Lead, you will play a key role in defining & driving projects across the People & Culture function, along with driving transformation and employee experience. You will bring an understanding and expertise in global change management to support the delivery and management of a range of People & Culture programs, with a focus on employee-centric design, leveraging process re-engineering, technology & automation to grow at scale. You will develop deep expertise with People Services and will partner with People and Culture leaders to design and deliver People and Culture programs and services. This role requires a hands-on, detailed approach.The role will report to the Head of People Services Programs & Partnerships & will play a key role in ensuring projects meet objectives on time and on budget, focusing on the business processes and employee experience, while ensuring alignment to the People & Culture strategy. You will lead and/or be a critical member of cross-functional teams to drive and innovate across process and policy design, content creation, testing, implementation, operations and support of new People and Culture tools and services.The TeamPeople Services was set up at the beginning of 2018 to centralize the administration of Logitech’s people data and process and is now embarking on the next stage of transformation, including Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Analytics and process re-engineering. This is the role for someone with a strong HR operations background which combines an understanding of HRIS/data processes with a real appreciation of generalist HR.Your Contribution:Be Yourself. These are the behaviors you’ll need for success at Logitech.Key Responsibilities:Project Management: Strong expertise in planning, executing, and closing projects, with the ability to manage scope, resources, and timelines effectively.Stakeholder Management: Engage and communicate with internal teams, COEs, and external partners to align project goals and manage expectations. Ensure full understanding of customer requirements; identifying, evaluating & recommending solutions to deliver an excellent employee experience.Risk Management: Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and manage unforeseen challenges during project execution to achieve project objectives.Change Management: Facilitate smooth transitions and adoption of new processes or systems resulting from HR initiatives.Progress Tracking and Reporting: Drive a quality mind-set to develop and introduce measures to define progress and measure success, establishing reports and key performance indicators to aid planning and realize returns on investment.Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and align with HR best practices through testing and validation.Key Requirements:For consideration, you must bring the following skills and behaviours to our team:Bachelor's Degree, Masters Degree or equivalent preferred, with a proven track record of making a significant impact in a relevant project / change management roleExcellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyA solid understanding of human resources practices, policies, and proceduresAn understanding of HRIS (preferably Workday) and data processes with a real appreciation of generalist HR processes and service deliveryDemonstrated leadership ability and proactive partnership skills across functional teams to influence decision making & ownershipResults & quality driven, with a strong service orientation to develop & deliver outstanding workAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, fluid, and fun environmentStrong analytical & logical reasoning skillsExperience as a project manager leading and delivering cross-functional change initiatives is desirableSelf-starter with a drive to continuously improve processes, drive results and remove inefficienciesAnticipate potential risks or issues and implement appropriate remedies to effectively mitigate or remove barriers to project successStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organizationProficiency in project management software and tools to facilitate efficient project executionAcross Logitech we empower collaboration and foster play.
