About The Role Are you an experienced SeniorLeader with a track record in delivering world class science and consulting to clients? As the Divisional Director for Marine Wildlife Survey Consultancy, you will be responsible for the efficient and effective operational delivery of a variety of services within your division. You will lead operational performance, developing and mobilising people around client projects, to ensure your team is resourced and structured to deliver high-standard, agile consulting solutions to our clients. You will work closely with other Sector leadership team members to drive achievement of growth plans, establishing and maintaining relevant strategic partnerships and alliances to develop trusted relationships and long-term customer lifetime value, as well as identifying opportunities to enhance our quality of services, and to set, shape and deliver a long-term strategy to support growth. You will actively manage large, multi-disciplinary teams, fostering a continuous learning and development culture, taking an active role in the development of long-term people plans, including engagement, succession, and skills building. As an expert in your field, you will act as an advocate for APEM Group, building internal and external alliances to leverage skills and expertise, enabling high performance and people development within your sector and using data, insight & calibration to underpin objective decision making.
