They provide tailored Outsourcing Solutions across all industry sectors including Banking, Financial Services and Insurance, Information Technology, Gaming, Energy and Utilities. The Covalen team are supporting a financial client with their growth in the Irish market. These roles will be based in Limerick City Centre, Covalen is looking to hire a team of up to 60 people to work in Financial Customer Support. The mission of the team is to provide best-in-class support to customers.The Training & Quality Specialist is accountable for the design and delivery of all appropriate Training Courses for Covalen. The Training & Quality Specialist will work closely with Covalen Management and teams to ensure that all training and quality goals and objectives of the accounts are met and delivered. This is an interactive role fulfilling front-line and advisory functions working closely with management to support and drive Quality results of teams.Responsibilities:Implementation and delivery of new and existing Training and Quality policies and procedures.Ensure that all staff trained have the required knowledge once training is rolled out and complete.Managing training occupancy and following up where necessary on attendance issues.Ensure that all new starters receive adequate training according to their role and their desk.Updating training material, training plans/schedules, handbooks, procedures tools and systems.Escalate any training and quality issues with ManagementDesign, develop, implement and delivers training courses and programs for new hires.Conducts Training & Quality Needs Analysis across the business where required.Identifies trends and areas of opportunity to drive continuous improvement in customer satisfaction.Serves as the point of contact for all training & quality issues for assigned accounts.Acts as a mentor to all Coaches / Trainers / Quality assessors within the business to assist them in the development and support of all staff.Any training and quality-related administration and reporting tasks.Requirements:Minimum 1 year experience in a relevant Training & Quality positionAble to work independently and collaboratively; must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and execute decisions with judgment and discretionGood time management skillsAbility to work and train in a multicultural environment.Training experience in both delivery and design.Previous experience in a Quality role/field/discipline.Ability to organize and follow up on multiple tasks/details with accuracy and timeliness.Ability to lead and motivate others in the delivery of all necessary training throughout the company.Proven ability to identify, assess and prescribe developmental activities to improve performance.Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.Proficient in all MS Office Packages particularly MS PowerPoint.Fluent English.Benefits:· Tax Saver Tickets· Bike-to-Work Scheme· Employer Contribution PRSA Scheme· Hive Medical Cash Plan· 4 Weeks' Annual Leave· Extensive Training and access to Wellness Programme· Employee Assistance Program (EAP)· Employee Engagement Initiatives & Committees· Career Progression· Further Study & Qualifications SupportLocation: Henry Street, Limerick (full-time onsite)Contract: Permanent Full time with Covalen Working Hours: Working hours will be Monday - Friday, 9 am-5.30 pm however flexibility will be required based on operational requirementsMust be eligible to work in the Republic of Ireland and must be able to pass all background checksCovalen is an equal-opportunity employer#TEGLIMERICK
