KNOW THE ROLENARS in our Arnotts store are currently looking for Senior Make-Up & Events Artist to join their team on a full-time Permanent basis.The desired candidate will possess an extra-ordinary passion for creative beauty, be Events focused and possess a passion for Artistry training & team development, they will require excellent Presentation skills and have experience in hosting and organising on and off counter events for customers, preferably in a Beauty related profession but not strictly related to.Experience in the use of Social Media platforms is also a must for this role and experience within or at minimum familiarity with the beauty retail environment is essential for this role. KNOW WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:We are looking for individuals who possess strong Artistry skill, are great communicators and motivators, are highly organised, and possess a strong understanding of the retail environment working within a KPI and Sales Target orientated environment, they must also be of a positive mindset and understand the dynamics of a team.At NARS we are creative and nurturegreat relationships with our customers hence a high degree of confidence in makeup application and the ability to build relationships is extremely important to this role.
