It’s an exciting time for us and we are looking for some talented people to join our team! We are currently recruiting for a talented Marketing Coordinator. In this very exciting new role at Thérapie Clinic Group, reporting to the Head of Go To Market and Marketing Strategy, you will be a key member of the marketing department. In this role, you will support the Thérapie Group across Ireland for our Clinics. We want people to ‘Do their best work at Thérapie’ and as part of the Marketing Team, you will be integral to creating that environment and culture. Key Responsibilities: Supporting the Head of Go To Market and Marketing Strategy in the planning of strategic and tactical marketing campaigns across the full marketing mix and all channels. Booking ATL media and cultivate relationships with media partners to enhance marketing exposure. Leveraging partnerships i.e. Shopping Centres for maximum marketing reach, support and impact. Keeping the Above The Line media plan up to date with all audience metrics and costings. Point of contact for our 70+ clinics on all things marketing and point of sale related. Working with the Head of Go To Market and Marketing Strategy and our Creative Department to support in the delivery of best-in-class visual merchandising and point-of-sale materials. Working with our printing partners to ensure all 70 clinics are always set up for success with point of sale. Supporting the Head of Go To Market and Marketing Strategy in the coordination of incoming creative studio requests from stakeholders. Briefing and ensuring on-time delivery of campaign assets by the creative team. Planning and supporting the execution of events for all brands. Managing vendor relationships and processes including but not limited to supplier onboarding and invoicing. Accountable for ensuring that every marketing action we take is reported against. Working across multiple channels supporting the Skin Theory brand (website, social media, e-commerce shop, CRM, etc) Having a solid awareness of what’s going on with other channels in the group and leaning in to support where/when necessary. What we look for: Extremely organized with the ability to multitask. Excellent attention to detail. Excellent communication skills. Experience in Microsoft Office Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel is a must. Proficiency in Canva is an advantage. Ability to manage projects from concept to execution. Ability to use initiative but also able to take direction from team members. Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines. Marketing qualification is a bonus but not required. An interest in beauty and marketing.
