Regardless of your role at Wayflyer, you'll work with a variety of different disciplines and teams from around the world on a multitude of challenging projects and game-changing products to revolutionise the eCommerce landscape. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Product Manager to help develop new products within Wayflyer. As the Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, validating product market fit and launching new products. You will be working in a fast-paced, agile environment with a small team of designers and engineers. What you'll do Be responsible for how Wayflyer drives growth through the product across new and existing acquisition channels Work closely with Sales leadership in identifying and executing on opportunities to unlock new market segments and increase the efficiency with which we acquire new customers Collaborate with Marketing leadership to define an aligned vision and deliver a plan to build out scalable new channels to drive Wayflyer’s future growth Develop, own and deliver on Wayflyer’s product-led growth strategy Take responsibility in understanding and mapping out the top of funnel customer journey and improving conversion at every step, across all channels Ensure that the first (or second) impression customers have of Wayflyer with its website are best in class Knowledge, skills and experience 4-5+ years product development experience in a startup/scaleup context Experience as a Growth PM in a B2B context Interest in how e-commerce brands work Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Self-starter with a results-driven mindset What is important to point out is that you can do most or all of the above mentioned and can point to your real experience doing it.
