What you'll do As the Demand and Content Marketing Manager for EMEA, you will be an active all-round contributor to a highly skilled marketing team. You will collaborate across Marketing and other GTM teams to support campaigns and programs that drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention and growth. To be successful in this role you should have prior marketing experience with the ability to balance and prioritize “day-to-day” tasks and activities. This position is an individual contributor role and reports to the Director, Demand & Content Marketing. This role can be based in Dublin, Paris or London. Responsibility Support planning and execution of integrated marketing programs including but not limited to email, social media, paid media and other field marketing activities Support blog and website content creation with editorial reviews and editing to ensure content is relevant and resonates in regional markets Update and maintain the EMEA editorial calendars for social media channels and blog to drive awareness and maintain brand consistency Manage customer stories, which includes educating on nomination self-serve production process as well as briefing and managing external writers Manage internal marketing calendars for campaigns, email, blog, etc. and coordinate communications cadence between teams and business partners Support the broader marketing teams on events, including partner and industry events, or our annual customer conference Collaborate on cross functional initiatives based on marketing plans and priorities Contribute to creative messaging and ad development that drive our demand programs Measure and report on performance of initiatives, campaigns, and channels Job Designation Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation) Positions at DocuSign are assigned a job designation of either In Office, Hybrid or Remote and are specific to the role/job.
