SummaryI am looking to speak to fluent German speakers with experience in the Insurance sector to work for my client based in Dublin. The key focus of the Account Manager will be on the German market - proposing, negotiating and implementing product development, marketing and commercial activity relating to their Insurance products & services with each partner to achieve agreed development objectives.ResponsibilitiesThe development and maintenance of new and existing partner relationships To regularly meet, monitor and report on the commercial activity of our partners within each CountryTo keep abreast of legal, contractual, customer care obligations and other requirements within the local markets and to liaise with Compliance & Control colleagues as appropriateParticipate in the planning, budgeting and strategic aspects of the International FOS insurance activityPropose, negotiate and implement product development, marketing and commercial activity relating to Insurance products with each partnerDevelop New Product Request Forms in conjunction with our business partners for presentation to the Underwriting Team for pricingPresent New Product Pricing Proposals prepared by the Underwriting Team to business partners and negotiate successful launch activities and campaignsParticipating in developing and negotiating annual business development plans and budgets with partners.Participation in the development of a pan perimeter marketing strategy and product developmentAttend regular Marketing and Development meetings to contribute towards the strategic reflections of the department and the wider insurance businessMonitor and report upon changes in consumer, legal, technological and political environments affecting partner’s credit and insurance activitiesAssist in the translation of the Insurance Division’s strategic objectives into actions for implementation with our partnersRequirementsFluency in German + English is necessaryFrom 3-5+ years professional experience in the financial sector (banking, insurance, insurance brokering)Knowledge of the German banking and insurance sectorsKnowledge of bank-insurance products (life and non-life) and consumer financeSpecialisation in PPI / Creditor Insurance is an advantageWhat we OfferMarket competitive salary package with annual reviewsIndividual and Company BonusHybrid / Remote Working OptionsGenerous PensionPrivate Health InsuranceUp to 27 days annual leave plus 1.5 company days.There is also the option to buy or sell holidaysCulture and Values Team host regular social events throughout the yearRemote working across the EU for some time each year, subject to roleApply today if you are interested in hearing more about this role or for any queries.[#LI-GM1]
