Senior Project Engineer (Roads)

:The Senior Project Engineer in Transport will work on the design and delivery of roads, greenways and active travel projects from Inception through Planning, Design and Construction.Responsibilities:Take responsibility for preparation of designs and reports appropriate to her/his experience level at all stages of a project lifecycle.Ensure RPS quality and management procedures are complied with.Able to motivate her/himself, takes ownership of issues and seek team participation to achieve best solution.Willing to learn and develop.Able to work on projects in a collaborative Level 2 BIM environment.Ensure understanding of project management objectives.Engage with Clients and design teams for project delivery.Key Skills & Attributes:Experienced in the design of Transport projects.Experience in Active Travel and Greenways preferred.Minimum of 6 years’ experience across design and construction phases.Strong communication and presentation skills.Qualifications:A Level 8 honours degree in Civil Engineering or related field.Ideally a Level 9 master’s degree in engineering or cognate discipline.Ideally Chartered Engineer status or working towards chartered engineer status.Why RPS for you?
