The Senior Finance Business Partner reports to the Head of Finance for Airtricity. You will be responsible for providing Finance Business Partnering to the Domestic segment of Airtricity, in addition to being the financial modelling subject matter expert on the team.Key deliverables & activities include:- Providing analysis and delivering insight that enable the Domestic segment to understand their financial performance. To achieve this, you will need to gain a deep understanding of the performance drivers of the segment.- Build partnerships and maintain strong relationships with stakeholder within the Domestic segment- Supporting key decision making (e.g. tariff changes) impacting the Domestic segment, ensuring those decisions align to business strategies that ultimately enable the delivery of financial targets. This will involve reviewing/inputting into business casing to support decision making process.- Putting in place effective commercial procedures to ensure financial targets of the Domestic segment are achieved.- Own the annual budget and in-year forecasting cycles for the Domestic segment. Run an efficient & value add process across the segment such that all key stakeholders understand and sign off on the drivers and financial outcomes that underpin the submission, and that the level of opportunity/risk is fully understood & communicated,- Bring financial modelling expertise to the FBP team and use this expertise to streamline and simplify the budget and forecasting processes for Airtricity. What do I need? To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills with excellent knowledge of Excel .- Fully qualified accountant with c.3-5yrs post qualified experience in a Business Partner / Management Accountant business-interfacing role with experience of solving business issues of similar scale and complexity.- Interpreting and assimilating multiple data sources, including external market data, and translating into meaningful insight and appropriate recommendations and clear actions.- Influence strategy and translate this into actionable programmes, opportunities or activities that result in improved profitability or risk mitigation.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work colleagues across multiple business units.What's in it for you?
