We have a fantastic opportunity for a HR Manager to join our Culligan UK&I team.  As a member of our HR team you will be the first point of contact for management and employees, providing advice and guidance and coordinating operational elements of the employee life cycle.  As a HR Manager you will lead and manage key projects including Employee Engagement, Performance Management, Mergers and Acquisitions, TUPE, as well as supporting the Culligan businesses in Ireland.  You will be part of our HR operations team and support the Culligan UK&I group by partnering with other specialist areas within the function such as our HRHub, Internal Communications and the Talent team to ensure we provide a first-class service.  Responsibilities: Implement the HR Strategy in line with the Company Values, Strategy & Operational goals. Develop strong business partnering relationships and create the tone to deliver value with effective HR business partnership . Expertise on complex employee relation matters, a natural first port of call and responsible for ensuring organisational risk is minimised. Identify opportunities to develop and coach managers on all areas of the employee life cycle to enable confident line management decision making and effective people management capability. Promote HR standards, in line with all Irish employment law regulations, entitlements, and WRC inspections. Development and updating of HR, Recruitment and Payroll related policies & procedures are in line with ROI employment legislative requirements, providing guidance to Managers and employees on the fair and consistent application of policies, procedures, and legal requirements. Develop a performance driven culture and supports people managers to ensure we retain and development our ‘A Players’ (our talent) by embedding an effective PPM process and continue to highlight its underlying principles. Assist and manage compensation change, restructuring and hiring decisions, ensuring that the Topgrading principles are applied.  Knowledgeable of external factors and market trends and identifies potential issues and opportunities to enable proactive planning. Develop and provide HR data insight for business leaders, helping inform and support decisions which impact business performance and help drive continuous improvement. In collaboration with the Communication team, identifies opportunities to create engaging content to support and promote employee initiates i.e wellbeing and benefits. Focus on bringing the employer brand to life, encouraging our business leadership and their teams to create a positive work environment and drive inclusivity, building a high-performance culture that enables our talent to thrive. In collaboration with the Talent team, supports the business in identifying, recruiting and retaining employees. Encourages managers to ensure a first-class onboarding experience to new starters, ensuring it reflects our culture and ultimately enables them to be successful and enjoy their experience with Culligan. Manages the HR associated due diligence activity for Mergers & Acquisitions including Pension, TUPE, redundancy and subsequent change and communications management. Works with our HR Hub team to ensure an effective and efficient transactional HR service to all colleagues. Demonstrates our company values everyday by role modelling the behaviours and actions that drive a performance culture. Collaborate with the HR Hub and Finance team with monthly payroll activities, to ensure validity and quality of data, including overseeing the monthly approval process. Promote and maintain a positive HSEQ culture and safe work environment in conjunction with the company Health & Safety Statement. Requirements Flexible in approach with the ability to travel as required and work away from home at times for business purposes within UK&I – key offices to support in Dublin and Tuam, Galway with a national workforce Experience of working within complex organisations with multi-faceted business structure Professional and personable with the ability to quickly build rapport and relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders at all levels Has demonstrable experience as a subject matter expert, with confident presence with excellent communication skills both written and verbally.
