We are currently expanding our Architectural capability and are looking to hire a Senior Architectural Technologist to join the team. This role will offer a flexible working arrangement. Responsibilities To work as an integral part of the team applying technology to architecture, building design, and construction. Capable to lead BIM/Revit projects through the detail design stages. Working as part of a team ensuring that the design is compliant with the brief, building regulations & planning constraints. Assist in the investigation of technical information and factors that affect developments including user needs, site and building surveys, and regulatory requirements when requested to do so. Participate, when required, in site visits and attending site meetings. Co-ordinating layouts and equipment and preparing tender & construction documentation for large scale projects. Detailing and specification of projects with steel and precast concrete structures, complex cladding, modular cleanrooms, GMP environments and highly serviced buildings. Qualifications Degree qualified (Level 8) 10+ years’ experience within industry. Possess strong and proven expertise gained as an Architectural Technologist across a variety of projects, preferably within Life Sciences. Possess exceptional technical and construction detailing ability. Proficiency using and designing in Autodesk Revit is required. Self-motivated, organized and reliable along with a professional approach and demeanour. Strong interpersonal communication and coordination skills with the ability to work in and lead multi-discipline teams Detailed knowledge of the Irish & UK building regulations
