Robert Half are delighted to be working exclusively with a leading education provider in Dublin, this role reports into the President and will focus on strategic analysis and planning to identify opportunities for improving business performance. Primary Responsibilities: Collaborate with the President in developing and executing strategic plans, including research, trend analysis, and report preparation to inform decision-making. Develop and monitor dashboards to communicate business performance and identify enhancement opportunities, working closely with the President and SLT. Support the President and Chairman in organising processes for identifying, engaging, and implementing contracts for new ventures. Lead defined projects, ensuring alignment with organisational goals, setting milestones, coordinating teams, and tracking progress. Assist in defining agendas, reporting, and documentation. Soft Skills: Leadership and Influence: Lead projects, influence outcomes, and engage with others to achieve strategic goals. Strategic Thinking: Anticipate challenges and devise effective strategies. Communication Skills: Clearly and persuasively convey complex information to diverse audiences. Problem-Solving: Analytically solve complex problems with innovative solutions. Adaptability: Manage changing circumstances and multiple priorities effectively. Skills & Qualifications: Educational Background: Master's degree in Business, Education, or related field. Experience: Demonstrated experience in managerial or advisory roles. Strong understanding of finance and business case development. Proven ability to manage projects effectively within deadlines and budgets. Familiarity with office management software and project management tools. Knowledge of Higher Education: Understanding of higher education landscape, including regulatory and accreditation requirements, is desirable.
