<p><strong>Role Review:</strong></p> <p>The Chargeback Analyst is a critical position within the Global Supply Chain function. This role will be responsible for maintaining chargebacks, reporting various accounts receivable deductions, including monthly reports, accounting related responsibilities, trends and analytics.</p> <p></p> <p><strong>Role Deliverables:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Identify, review, monitor and investigate deductions and chargebacks while updating and maintaining status through the chargeback tracker.</li> <li>Pull deduction details internally, from Retailer's Portals, request backup from our Accounts department / Vendor Relations contacts.</li> <li>Gather appropriate documentation and collaborate inter-departmentally (i.e. Operations / EDI, Account Executives, Sales, Fulfilment, Distribution, etc.) to determine non-compliance or chargeback's validity.</li> <li>Prepare accurate disputes and submit through our internal portals or email.</li> <li>Work towards minimizing chargeback losses by identifying opportunities for process improvement and suggesting strategies to enhance efficiency.</li> <li>Participate in other critical projects or ad hoc reporting requests as assigned by Supply Chain Manager – NA and Global Supply Chain Financial Analyst.</li> <li>Process Invoices and Review Coding.</li> <li>Produce KPI reports and operational analytics.</li> <li>Provide Support to the Customer Services Team when required.</li> </ul> <p>This is not an exhaustive list and may be subject to change and amendment.</p> <p></p> <p><strong>Experience and Qualifications:</strong></p> <p>The skillset required to be successful in this role will include strong communication skills, a customer service focus and the ability to embrace change and drive process improvement.</p> <ul> <li>Strong organization skills and capable of handling multiple projects.</li> <li>Demonstrable research and analytical skills.</li> <li>An ability to meet deadlines, logically tackle problems and set priorities.</li> <li>Communicate directly with our client’s analysts to produce research materials.</li> <li>Ability to present findings and recommendations clearly and effectively.</li> <li>Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.</li> <li>Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, principally Excel.</li> <li>Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a FMCG Environment.</li> </ul>
