The Role The Partner Experience Program Manager will play a critical role in the success of our partner community. You will lead the design and execution of programs to improve the partner experience and drive partner sales of Proofpoint products and solutions. Key responsibilities include evolving the partner portal and other tools to deliver best-in-class brand experiences, managing community and user access, and overseeing editorial calendar management and metrics. Your role will be to ensure alignment of global partner activities and provide self-service and automation solutions for partners. Overall, you will be a key driver in the success of our partner community and a critical player in the growth of Proofpoint. Your day-to-day Be an advocate for creating and optimizing the partner portal to meet partners’ needs. Key driver of partner portal gap analysis and assessment that lead to impactful enhancements to improve the partner experience. Develop and report on the required analytics to gain insights into understanding and tracking the partners' satisfaction with our partner portal and other tools as well as impact of partner engagement to business success – including portal logins, new account activations, content usage, etc Manage project timelines and deliverables from inception to launch, as well as the overall program’s strategy and roadmap. Define business and systems requirements working with internal and external customers Clearly communicate goals, roles, responsibilities, and desired outcomes. Perform regular audits to identify where we Integrate and disintegrate partner programs, contracts, sites, partner portals, and partner contact databases. Key advisor to partner tools such as SFDC, Partner Reward Platform, and LMS initiatives. What you bring to the team Experience with PRM software Eg: Impartner, MindMatrix, Zift, Zinfi, etc. Be a self-starter, and thrive in a fast paced environment, customer centric and have the interpersonal skills necessary to manage business and technology relationships. Exceptional time management and prioritization skills, resilient under pressure, able to meet deadlines and able to work in a constantly changing environment. Exhibit strong security and confidentiality practices with systems that handle sensitive data. Experience partnering with internal information security and compliance teams. Proven ability to effectively lead and meet business objectives in a global, collaborative and high performance work environment. Demonstrated experience in vendor management and capacity planning in a fast growth environment. Comfortable with ambiguity and fast change with an ability to adapt quickly and easily. Candidate must have proven ability to consistently and collaboratively resolve issues, mitigate roadblocks, and meet all financial and management goals on time. Will be a self-starter who maps own direction to succeed.
