OverviewThis role will provide asset management, contract management, program management, data management and business process execution, while working closely with key stakeholders to support Global Portfolio Management. This role will focus on day-to-day processes for all operations related to Portfolio Management.#COICareersQualificationsBasic QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Legal, Business, IT/Engineering, Operations, Finance, OR equivalent experience. Experience in Real Estate Asset Management and Contract Management, Experience in program management, process management, process improvement.Experience in Lease Administration, Contract Management, Business Operations, ProcurementExperience and competence in presenting data-driven storytelling in PowerPoint.An excellent ability to communicate clearly and effectively and build trust with colleagues.Preferred QualificationsExperience with Datacenter contracts negotiation and administration.Experience with Datacenter-related program management.Contract management or administrative support background.PMP Certification is preferred.Ability to work independently while maintaining all deadlines and critical date obligations.An excellent ability to drive clarity, alignment and action using Microsoft Office tools.Data Management experience.Organizational skills and the ability to anticipate the next steps for providing support.Well-spoken and strong written communication skills.Strong interpersonal skills.Expert with master data and inventory management tools (SAP, TRIRIGA, or Dynamics experience preferred)Background Check Requirements: Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.
