We’re in search of a skilled Dutch Location Scouting and Rental Negotiation Specialist to join our Dublin team. In this role, your primary objective will be to identify and secure prime locations for infrastructure essential for sustainable transportation, with a specific focus on the Dutch market, fostering the widespread adoption of sustainable transportation.Your Responsibilities: Location Exploration: Conduct research to pinpoint and evaluate potential sites for infrastructure stations, considering factors like accessibility, visibility, and suitability.Engaging with Property Owners: Cultivate and sustain relationships with landlords, property owners, and real estate professionals to negotiate favourable rental agreements for station placements.Client Relations: Develop and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering repeat business.Generating Sales and Revenue: Identify and pursue sales opportunities, present our products and services to potential clients, negotiate deals, and achieve sales targets.Market Insight: Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities, providing insights for strategic decision-making in location scouting and rental negotiations.Compliance and Permitting: Collaborate closely with local authorities and government agencies to ensure compliance with permits and regulations for charging point installations.Financial Assessment: Conduct financial analysis to evaluate the feasibility of potential locations, taking into account factors such as foot traffic, electricity costs, and revenue projections.Contract Management: Prepare, review, and execute rental agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both parties.Product Familiarity: Stay well-versed in our company’s products and services, understanding their features, benefits, and how they compare to competitors’ offerings.Project Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful deployment of infrastructure stations, including site preparation and installation. Qualifications and Experience Required: A bachelor’s degree in business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.Fluency in both Dutch and English.Demonstrated experience in sales, customer service, account coordination, real estate, site selection, or location scouting.Proficiency in negotiation, financial analysis, and exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.A proactive, self-motivated approach to problem-solving.
