Our client in Dublin 12 is looking for general warehouse operators to move packages and material around their facilities. This role is Monday - Friday. 8am- 4pm or 9am to 5pm. Responsibilities : Assisting with the loading and unloading of parts/products using manual handling techniques Moving and storing products in the correct warehouse area Processing, picking and packing orders in a timely manner Ensuring all products are free from damage and reporting any discrepancies Using our computer systems to upkeep necessary records and reports Checking the picking accuracy High-response and accurate order picking Moving pallets using a forklift truck Work closely within warehouse team to ensure procedures are followed Consistently working to good standards of health and safety and meeting company warehouse standards and procedures Maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and safety of all workspaces Comply with company policies and legal guidelines You will be required to operate a forklift with the utmost care to ensure efficiency and safety The goal will be to ensure that material and products will always be at the right place to achieve maximum efficiency This is a demanding role that requires lifting and moving items and covering a large warehouse on foot Requirements : Able to meet the physical demands of the role Forklift experience and certification would be preferable Good all-round communication skills Previous manual handling training or experience Candidates must be: Willing and able to frequently push, pull, bend, and reach Climb and descend stairs/steps & ladders safely Perform physical tasks all day without becoming overly tired Package : 30K - 35K Entry level Optional Overtime
