(HSE)-       Ireland’s mandatory tenancy registration platform for landlords and tenants (Residential Tenancies Board)-       Ireland’s taxi regulation system managing 90k inspection audits per year (National Transport Authority)We deliver a strategic partner experience to our customers who see us as an extension of their team, embedded in their organisation for the long term.About The Job and YouWe are seeking a Senior Project Manager in the Digital Services Practice, to lead high-performing teams to deliver impressive projects that exceed expectations.Reporting to the Head of Digital Services, you will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, driving project planning and execution, while ensuring that our clients receive the best results. You'll work closely with our development, design, and QA teams to ensure that every project is delivered to the highest standards of quality, innovation, and creativity.You're an excellent communicator with a track record of driving success in complex, high-pressure environments. You have a talent for keeping the whole team aligned, and you're a master at delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.You'll be comfortable with technology, and have a deep understanding of agile methodologies, project management tools, and software development lifecycles. You'll thrive on working in a busy collaborative environment, and you'll love tackling complex challenges head-on. Responsibilities:Managing a portfolio of medium to complex projects across different practices such as .NET, CRM and DATA.Lead cross-functional teams, including development, design, and QA, to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.Keep in touch with clients regularly, ensuring that they're kept in the loop on project progress and that their expectations are managed effectively.Full project life cycle ownership.Identification and resolution of project risks.Collaborate with other Project Managers and the wider team to share best practices and drive continuous improvement.Use project management tools to track progress, report on performance, and make informed and effective decisions.Establishing templates and policies, while preparing detailed project plans that work within deadlines and budgets. Requirements:5+ years’ experience delivering technical IT ProjectsProven track record of delivering impressive software projects to a high standard with extensive understanding of project and programme management principles, methods and techniques.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building strong relationships with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.High level understanding of agile methodologies, project management tools, and software development lifecycles.Experience working with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and QA.Passion for technology and a commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.Knowledge of MS .NET, CRM, Data and reporting solutions.PMP (or equivalent) certification.Excellent English, both written and verbal.Must reside in Ireland at time of application. What We Offer:You will form part of a high-performance team, working together to deliver projects of national and international importance changing the way large Business and Governments work.Performance Related BonusContinuous Professional DevelopmentEducation Assistance Programme Digital DoctorRemote Working abroadCompany PensionHybrid & flexible workingIncremental Increases in Annual LeaveEmployee Assistance Programme (EAP)
