People are at the core of CPMs business proposition so as a key member of the CPM Operations team this role is expected to make a significant contribution to the culture within CPM, via demonstrable initiatives to drive best practice and continuous improvement. The main focus of this role is to provide best in class administrative support and insights to the Client Service Manager and Field Sales Managers to ensure excellence in Clients Retail Execution Programmes. The Role Holder will be a champion for the CPM values of We Care, We are Curious, We Achieve Together at all times, both internally and externally with the Clients, whilst delivering on-time and professional presentation of designated operational activities. Requirements Supporting the Field Sales Teams with administrative support to enable them do the best possible job in field, while ensuring our clients have the necessary administrative support as required. General Account Administrative Responsibilities: Coordinate activity to ensure the field teams have all they need to do their roles in field Issue resolution and assistance with field and client queries on a daily basis – e.g. working with our IT team to resolve issues with iPads when the sales team are in field Process onboarding and offboarding of team members when required Update and Maintenance of Field Team Call files Liaise with part time/Tactical Team to arrange call coverage when required Organisation and Coordination of any client or field team meetings/conferences required throughout the year Collation and submission of weekly timesheets for all account staff Development of training materials for the field team, Eg. Any new Health & Safety or Sales training modules Postage and dispatch duties to field team members when required Conducting regular compliance audit calls for the field team when required Reporting / IT Preparation and distribution of Client Reports as per Agreed Contract Timelines Understanding any information/insights from the reports that we do so that we can help our sales teams and clients with useful insights to help us sell more products in field/store.
