Catering Assistant - Kildare

We are recruiting an experienced  Catering Assistants  to join the team. This is a full time/part time role and our new colleague will work both weekdays & some weekends. We are looking for someone who is customer focused, has a positive attitude and is a team player.   Role and Key Responsibilities:       To provide excellent, friendly and courteous service to all guests.       To ensure that guests are acknowledged and warmly welcomed to the Cafe and bar.       To maintain a high level of knowledge on product offerings; including menu's, wine's, hot and cold beverages, and promotional products.       To ensure that all Food and Beverage products are served efficiently and in accordance with the Cafe high standards of presentation.       To ensure that the Cafe food & beverage areas are properly prepared and set-up prior to and after service.       To participate in all relevant internal training.       To maintain a positive, friendly and professional attitude with both guests and your colleagues.   The ideal candidate for this position will have:       Excellent communication skills       A desire to provide a consistently high standard of customer service       The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment       Flexibility with regards to hours       A good command of the English Language       Impeccable self-presentation Benefits of working with us Fun staff days out % off our sister sites Superb training and progression opportunities Gratuities shared Competitive salary Free Staff Meals on Duty Employee Assistance Program Employee recognition awards Due to the high volume of applications we receive we are not able to get back to everyone that applies.
