Appeals are heard and decided in a total of 214 committees at 32 meeting locations throughout Germany. Around 200 non-public meetings of these committees take place every month. The transfer of all business processes and documents to the digital world is one of the most urgent tasks for the coming years. Your tasks As the central contact person for IT in the Central Appeals Office, you will act as a link between the employees of the IT departments and the users within your department. You can expect the following tasks with us: You will analyse, optimize and develop business processes of the Central Appeals Office with regard to digitalization You develop IT-based solutions for the implementation of business processes You define the technical requirements for implementation and communicate these to the internal IT departments In your interface function, you support the employees of your department in the use of existing and new software and tools Your profile You have a successfully completed university education (Bachelor's degree, diploma (FH) or equivalent) in an IT field (e.g. business informatics, administrative informatics or similar) or successfully completed vocational training or comparable IT training or further training in an IT field with several years of professional experience You have practical professional experience in the IT sector Ideally, you already have initial experience from digitization projects in companies or public administration Programming skills are an advantage, but not essential You are characterized by your creativity and initiative in identifying potential for improvement as well as your structured way of working We offer you You can expect to take responsibility for shaping and actively shaping your area in harmony with exchanges in a collegial team Your further development will be actively promoted in the form of targeted training courses.
