IT Support Analyst

Our clients are predominantly business owners who are focused on ensuring their day-to-day operations perform as they should, I.T, networks, systems and cybersecurity are generally not something they have time to consider and that is where we step in. We manage all of the I.T. requirements so that people don't have to worry about whether their data and systems are protected.  Key Deliverables:Technical support to GEMS grant management system – providing technical setup and support throughout the grant lifecycle, from inception and design, to claims, reporting and audit.Technical support to Smart Simple (new) grant management system – providing technical setup and support throughout the grant lifecycle, from inception and design, to claims, reporting and audit.Design and updating of MS Power BI reporting for the clients’ systems, facilitating easy access to organisational data, and providing comprehensive management information for decision making.Technical support to other client solutions including MS Dynamics CRM and Power Platform apps.Thorough documentation of technical solutions, and development training, for reference and knowledge sharing.Liaison with business units to capture business requirements and develop process mapping for new requirements as needed.Experience:Experience with troubleshooting common hardware and software issues.Prior experience in a customer service/support role.Familiarity with ticketing systems and helpdesk software.Experience in providing remote support to end-users through phone, email, or remote desktop tools.Competencies:Strong problem-solving skills to identify issues, analyse root causes and support development of effective solutions.Continuous learning approach, staying updated with latest developments in technology and incorporating new skills and knowledge into projects.Effective time management and prioritisation to meeting project deadlines and delivery high quality solutions.Good collaboration with cross-functional teams, and stakeholders.Effective written and verbal communication skills, to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.Understanding of change management principles to facilitate smooth transitions when implementing new systems or reporting processes. Skillsets:Technical knowledge of software development, databases and systems architecture to support the design, implementation and maintenance of IT solutions.Proficiency in data analysis, data visualisation and reporting tools including PowerBI to extract insights from data and create meaningful reports.Skilled in creating clear and comprehensive documentation and training of IT solutions.Ability to understand business processes, objectives and reporting requirements to develop and support IT solutions.Understanding of cybersecurity and data governance practices and considerations to ensure compliance with regulations and protect sensitive data.At Nostra we value our people.
