Cork!What you’ll do:   Create a team ethos across the site –staff working together for a common purpose Actions to increase sales Reduce all wasteStrong catering offer at site - strives to keep the food offer ‘fresh’ and ‘unique' Meeting budgets while maintaining high operational standards Properly and conscious management of a high number of non-Controllable itemWhat you bring:   Track record of success in a similar roleExperience in Sodexo policies, procedures and systems is desirable though not essential as full training will be givenProven experience of developing positive client relationships and excellent client relationship managementCommercial experience and business acumen and knowledge of external industry developmentsExperience in leading and managing a team.Strong communication and negotiation skillsPassionate about fresh quality food Experience in hospitality/functions to the highest standards an advantage Good organisational skills, and time management essential due to size of operation on siteExperience working in a standards/compliance environment.Self-motivated with the proven ability to work well under pressureThe ability to achieve standards and operate to performance criteria (KPI’s)What we offer:  Working with Sodexo is more than a job; it’s a chance to be part of something greater.
