Supply Chain - Project managerPermanent Cavan – commutable from Louth, Meath and surround. Salary is 65k neg plus benefits. This is a newly created role at this manufacturing site in Cavan, this is not your typical supply chain role and they are looking for an ambitious individual that can pull together a number of key projects for the site in the next 12-18 months and then ongoing.You will be the point of contact across the supply chain function and assist with projects in the following areas;·Circulatory economy·New system implementation and Digitalisation·In time taking ownership of the customer focus pillar/CSI. You will need to have a broad range of experience across supply chain and logistics coupled with strong IT and good project management skills. Ownership for process efficiency improvement including but not limited to increased digitalisation, warehouse management and ERP upgrades Project manage & deliver strategic Circularity projects for Supply Chain Achieve departmental strategic and compliance goals by working with Supply Chain dept. managers and cross-department senior managementWork with dept leads to achieve Customer Service improvement project targetsOwnership for department compliance across internal & external standardsCo-ordinate dept budget process with department managersRepresent the department at senior management level in site improvement projects; compliance and change managementDeliver a key warehouse capacity improvement project to reduce cost and improve customer serviceLead the future implementation of a Warehouse Management System, integrated with existing systems, as a precursor to a major ERP upgrade programmeDrive S&OP process optimisation in support of dept process ownerCo-ordinate and deliver all aspects of departmental budget planning & delivery working closely with other functional leadsEnsure departmental compliance with all internal and external audit requirements Unsure on this role but would like to find out more, call Aisling on or e mail through on to arrange a call.
