Press Tab to Move to Skip to Content Link Share this Job Procure-to-Pay Systems Analyst (SAP MM & Ariba) Company: Glanbia Glanbia Business Services (GBS) Procure-to-Pay Systems Analyst (SAP MM & Ariba) At Glanbia Business Services (GBS), we have a requirement for an experienced  Procure-to-Pay Systems Analyst  (SAP MM & Ariba) to join the team. This is a  permanent  role and will report to the GBS Ariba Solution Owner. Glanbia offer flexible bended working arrangements, incorporating the optimum blend of remote and office-based working, tailored for individual’s circumstances. This role can be based out of our offices in  Kilkenny, or Citywest Dublin. Background Glanbia have a single Global Instance of SAP ECC 6.0 (migrating to S/4 HANA in 202 3 ), and an experienced in-house team of SAP / Ariba systems analysts based in a number of offices globally, who deal with ongoing P2P projects for implementation of SAP & Ariba into new acquisitions, as well as process improvement and re-design projects, change requests across our existing user-base,and activation of new functionality. Strategic eSourcing RFPs and Contract authoring and management for all Suppliers and material types, Purchase to Order (P2O) PO and Invoice automation for direct and indirect (i.e. non-stocked) materials and services, including order confirmation processing direct from Suppliers Catalogue management for non-stock items and services, Supplier Information and Performance Management (SIPM New / SLP Lite), Standard SAP Ariba integration between SAP Ariba and core SAP ECC 6 transaction system. Key deliverables of the role – working as part of the existing SAP / Ariba P2P team Design, blueprint, develop(build), test and deliver enhancements based on requirements from specific projects, mini-projects and change requests in the SAP MM / Purchasing area and the Ariba procurement tool. Liaising with business functions and internal customers to document and agree blueprints during the project definition phase, configuring the change, planning and executing testing and post go-live hyper-care. Translating and changing business processes into the business team’s procurement technology solutions. Provide techno-functional specs for the programming team where needed , and partnering with them on enhancement realisation – via unit testing etc. Troubleshooting, validation checking, support and maintenance of our Procurement systems and interfaces between SAP MM and Ariba. Solution and deliver assigned support incident work and enhancement work relating to the SAP ECC MM platform – including but not limited to integration with SAP Ariba. Solution and deliver assigned support incident work and enhancement work relating to the SAP Ariba platform including modelling of business requirements via the Ariba business rules, and assessment and implementation of relevant additional functionality and associated integration. Management of monthly Ariba software releases. Provide SAP & Ariba expert knowledge in the functional areas of MM, to respond to business needs, and contribute pro-actively to continuous improvement in Glanbia Procurement toolset. Technical mentoring and development of graduates and new joiners to the team where required. Some limited travel to project locations may be required as part of the role. What background and experience are we looking for? Qualifications Minimum of bachelor’s degree in IT, Finance, Supply Chain, Business or related discipline. SAP Certifi cation in MM module for SAP ECC 6.0 or SAP HANA would be an advantage . Skills & experience At least three years’ experience in hands-on configuration, development and/or support roles within a Procure-to-pay systems environment – ideally SAP MM & Ariba. Techno/functional troubleshooting experience – i.e. more than functional work on repeated template roll-outs etc. Experience of configuring and implementing P2P systems – ideally SAP Ariba , ideally including integration with SAP MM. Experience in design and implementation of integration flows to / from ERP and P2P systems Ability to display a high degree of professionalism and respect in dealing with peers, managers and users. Technically and commercially focused, high levels of enthusiasm and energy. A team player who has the ability to motivate others, utilise their peers while making it fun and getting the job done.
