Their duties entail supporting and improving the dispute management process, proactively addressing sales compensation issues, and maintaining detailed documentation. They possess excellent collaboration skills as they will work closely with Sales Compensation, Sales Operations, and the Sales organization. They are proficient in managing multiple data sources to provide valuable insights and recommendations to leadership.Duties and ResponsibilitiesSupport the dispute management process, acting as a key point of contact for resolving issues related to sales compensation.Identify improvements to the sales compensation process that increase transparency and better enable the field to understand how their plan works.Conduct thorough analysis of disputed transactions, investigate discrepancies, and work collaboratively with stakeholders to reach resolutions.Enhance and streamline the dispute management process, implementing improvements to reduce the frequency of disputes and improve overall efficiency.Manage multiple data sources and perform regular inspection processes to identify and correct sales compensation issues proactively.Assist other business partners working directly with sales operations and sales teams in managing their information and ensuring data accuracy.Support inspection controls and conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with established processes and policies.Proactively address and resolve sales compensation issues by working closely with cross-functional leads and implementing best practices.Generate and maintain comprehensive documentation of dispute resolution procedures and outcomes.Provide insights and recommendations to leadership based on analysis of dispute trends and patterns.Offer recommendations and solutions to various commission issues, demonstrating a deep understanding of the sales compensation structure.Required Experience/SkillsBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.3+ years of Sales Compensation experience at a SaaS tech company.Proven experience in sales compensation administration or a similar role.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Familiarity with sales operations and data management tools.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a diverse team environment.Previous experience with dispute resolution, inspection controls, and exception handling is a plus.Customer service-oriented with the ability to work with individuals at all levels of the organization to solve problems.Superb Excel skills: model building, use of advanced formulas and arrays, pivot tables, data manipulationAbout Us:Citrix and TIBCO recently merged to create Cloud Software Group, now one of the world’s largest cloud solution providers, serving more than million users around the globe.
