Baker Full Time

Lynch’s Bakery seek a bakers to work in their expanding bakery. The ideal candidate must show passion and flair for baked goods. Experience in production, decoration, or pastry is desirable but not essential.  Monday to Saturday rosters 3 to 5 day working weeks available.  Positions Available: - Baker Night Supervisor - Bakers Available bonus's for Night Work Job Description Ensure high quality and consistent product is produced Work with and advise where necessary on the activities of the bakery team to ensure necessary tasks are completed to the appropriate high level Ensure all products are produced in line with food hygiene requirements Ensure that production lists are followed Assist with store Management in the effective management of production performance. Operational Work with the bakery department to ensure smooth day to day running of the department HACCP duties Bakery Production Product Development Cake Preparation/ Decoration Help to ensure production times and lists are fulfilled The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills The ability to work as a team Ability to work to production lists and deadlines The ability to use initiative Sound judgement with the ability to make decisions
